1-What is your Standard cancellation policy?
- Sedans – 24 hours prior to pickup time
- All other vehicles – 48 hours prior to pickup time
Less than 24 hours will be charged the full amount.
2-What is the method of payment that Gaithersburg Limo Service accepts?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover), travelers checks . A check can be used for payment but must be sent to our office 2 weeks in advance of your trip.

7-How do I make a reservation
There is two Standard Way to Make A Reservation.
- Book Online By Selecting a trip type i.e (One Way Trip, Round Trip, Hourly Service) on the Home Page of our Website.

8-How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We Suggest as soon as you finalize your Trip made a Reservation, So there will be no issue of Availability.
9-Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
Smoking is not allowed in our Vehicle But If you Request at the time of Reservation.We will try our best to send you the Smoking Vehicle.
10-Should I tip my chauffeur?
A recommended 20% gratuity is included in the quoted price for your convenience. However, whether a gratuity of any amount is given is up to you.
11-What are your procedures on waiting time and how much is the waiting time charge?
Our grace period is denied as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle in fifteen (15) minute increments.
Any schedule changes/delays made within two (2) hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in wait time charges starting sat the scheduled pick-up time.
For Airport Pick Up Waiting Time Charges will occur after 30 Minute of your Domestic Flight Arrivals and after 45 Minutes of International Flight Arrivals
12-I am traveling with an infant. Are there car seats available?
Yes! We can provide you the Car Seat @ $25 for each Car Seat.
13-Do you offer charter minibuses or motor coaches?

14-Can I request a particular driver?
Yes. Contact your reservation agent to assure you have a profile and ask that they assign certain drivers that you prefer if they are available.
15-Can I book my reservations on-line?
Yes. Go on line at www.gaithersburglimoservice.com, select the Service type from the box on the Home Page and follow the instructions to enter a new reservation or set up an online profile for future reservations.
